Required documents:   An application form for making available a copy of the map from the geodetic and cartographic resources.

Fees/charges:   
A copy of the base map:
a)    PLN 31.00 for the first copy, PLN 4 for each next one (A4 format)
b)    PLN 46.45 for the first copy, PLN 5.95 for each next one (A3 format)
 
A copy of the identification map (record):
a)    PLN 10.00 for the first copy, PLN 1.90 for each next one (A4 format)
b)    PLN 14.95 for the first copy , PLN 2.80 for each next one (A3 format)

Deadlines:    10 workdays from the date of submitting the application

Legal basis:
•    The Act of 17 May 1989 of Geodetic and Cartographic Law (harmonized text from 2005 Law Gazette No. 240, item 2027 with further amendments)
•    Minister of Infrastructure Order on 19 February 2004 considering the height of fees for geodetic and cartographic actions and information records , as well as for preparing map excerpts and identification information from record units (Law Gazette  from 2004 No. 37, item 333)
