In case there is a plan prepared for the whole area, it is enough to submit an application for a map and identification information excerpts from the local master plan.
The department responsible: Urban Planning and Architecture Department
Fees / charges: The department responsible: Urban Planning and Architecture Department
For an information identification excerpt:
a) PLN 30.00 – up to 5 pages
b) PLN 50.00 – more than 5 pages
For a map excerpt:
a) PLN 20.00– for each full or started part of an A4 page included in the map excerpt
b) Maximum revenue fee for the map excerpt cannot exceed PLN 200.00
Deadlines: 30 days from submitting the application and the receipt for the payment
Legal basis: The Act of 27 March 2003 about spatial planning and development (Law Gazette of 2003 No 80 item 717 with further amendments)
