Vacant land property located in Dąbrowa Górnicza-Kazdębie, on road №790, leading to the Łosień district. The plot is included within the borders of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, in the Sosnowiec-Dąbrowa Sub-zone. There are industrial plants in the area: ArcelorMittal Poland SA (the former Katowice Steelworks), the “Przyjaźń” Sp. z o.o coking plant, Ficomirrors Polska Sp. z o.o., Mecacontrol Polska Sp. z o.o., PHP SIGRO II. The land borders on a plot on which there is an overhead raw material conveyor belt, leading to ArcelorMittal Poland SA. Road №790, along which the property is located, for a distance of about 1500m, has an access road to national road №94 Cracow-Wrocław.

Water: water main (315mm) along road №790, at a distance of about 50m, industrial water pipeline of 1200mm diameter. The nearest sewage system runs along ul. Majewskiego, approx. 2350 m. A sewage system is planned along ul. Kuscińskiego.
Sewage: on the steelworks site there are industrial, sanitary and rainwater sewage systems ready to be used. There is no rain drainage system.
Gas: there is a gas pipeline of 110mm diameter approximately 20m from the property.
Telecommunications: the nearby telecommunications lines enable future subscribers to be connected quickly.
Solid waste: there is a municipal waste dump and a solid waste incineration plant about 1km from the property.
