Annual rates of property tax
Dąbrowa Górnicza offers advantageous property tax rates to investors. This policy favoures development of local enterprise by lowering costs of business functioning in a start-up stage.
On the basis of Resolution No. XI/173/11 City Council in Dąbrowa of 26 October 2011 on the amount of property tax rates for 2012 in force in the city of Dabrowa Górnicza:
1. on buildings or their parts:
1) residential buildings, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 0,63
2) related to running business activities, and residential buildings or their parts used for running business activities, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 21,32
3) used for running business activities within the scope of trade in seeds for sowing purposes, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 10,12
4) used for running business activities within the scope of offering healthcare services, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 4,39
5) establishments, classrooms and sports facilities:
a) being under the control of education system institutions, used for running business activities, not related to educational activities per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 6,34
b) being under the control of institutions qualifying for welfare aid, used for running business activities, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 6,34
6) other buildings or their parts, including:
- other buildings, including those used for running payable public-benefit statutory activities by public benefit organizations, per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 7,06
- outbuildings (barns, cowsheds, sheds, pigsties), of per 1 sq m of floor area: PLN 3,67
2. of the value of the structures or their parts related to running business activities: 2%
3. of land, including:
1) land related to running business activities, with no regard to their qualification in the land and buildings records, per 1 sq m: PLN 0,77

2. of the value of the structures or their parts related to running business activities: 2%
3. of land, including:
1) land related to running business activities, with no regard to their qualification in the land and buildings records, per 1 sq m: PLN 0,77
2) land under lakes, used for water storage reservoirs or hydro-electric plants, per 1ha: PLN 4,03
3) other land, including those used for running payable public-benefit statutory activities by public benefit organizations per 1 sq m: PLN 0,28
