Dabrowa Gornicza Erdbank

Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank is a database of land and buildings (production halls, warehouses) for companies, cooperatives, property agencies, private persons, located within the administrative borders of Dąbrowa Górnicza. The bank only offers real estate offers, whose owners have turned to the City Development Office and Investor Service for the promotion of real estate sales.

Regulations for placing offers in the Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank

1. Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank is a database for sale of land and facilities (production halls, warehouses) of companies, cooperatives, property agencies, private persons, located within the administrative borders of Dąbrowa Górnicza. The bank only offers real estate offers, whose owners have turned to the City Development and Investors‘ Assistance Office for the promotion of real estate sales.

2. The condition for placing an offer in the Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank is the allocation of real estate for business (compliance with a zoning plan or having building conditions) in the areas of: production, services, trade, hotel construction, housing (organized), business related to recreation and leisure, culture.

3. The offer is published in Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank free of charge on the basis of a written application of the owner (you can make your application in person at the City Hall, send by post or e-mail) on the form under the name Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Banki, which is attached to these regulations.

4. The City Development and Investors‘ Assistance Office is not responsible for the content of the offers.

5. Data verified by employees of the City Development and Investors‘ Assistance Office: ownership of the plot (based on the land registry database) and land use in the local spatial development plan.

6. The person submitting an offer to the Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank is obliged to notify employees of the City Development and Investors‘ Assistance Office about the sale of real estate, as well as all changes constituting data provided in the Survey.

7. Verification of the current offers is carried out by the employees of the City Development and Investors‘ Assistance Office twice a year (in the second and fourth quarter) by e-mail or by phone. In the event of a lack of response from the person submitting the offer, a written request (sent by mail or e-mail in accordance with the contact details specified in the survey) for the validity of the submitted offer, the employee of the City Development Office and Investor Service considers the offer to be outdated and removes from the Dabrowa Gornicza Ground Bank.

8. Withdrawal of the offer from the bank takes place at the request of the owner on the basis of a written notification (the application can be made personally at the City Hall, sent by post or e-mail).
