Departments providing services for investors

Cooperation between the investor and the City Hall of Dąbrowa Gornicza takes place through particular organisational units. A key role during the investment process is performed by the Architecture and Urban Planning Department through which the Investor finds out about the area designation and obtains inevitable permits and decisions connected with the building site.

TASKS  

  • Making local master plan available and making extracts  from that.
  • Issuing certificates about the area designation in the local master plan at the request of the interested parties.
  • Issuing a decision about the location of a public target.
  • Issuing a decision about the conditions of the building development  of the object.
  • Issuing a decision about the conditions of the building development applying to the area division.
  • Issuing a decision about the conditions of the building development applying to a change in the usage of the object or its part.
  • Issuing a decision about the conditions of the building development applying to a change of the area designation.
  • Transferring the decision about the conditions of the building development for other persons.
  • Giving opinions on introductory projects of real estate divisions.
  • Issuing a decision about the building permit and  approving building projects.
  • Accepting applications for building works which do not require issuing a building permit.
  • Accepting applications for demolitions which do not require issuing a demolition permit and imposing an obligation to obtain a permit to demolish a building or some of its part and  issuing such permits.
  • Imposing  an obligation to obtain the right of usage.
  • Transferring the decision about the building permit for other persons who will prove their right to  have the real estate at their disposal.
  • Issuing a permit for a change of the right of usage of the object or its part.

  • Making the materials that are state geodetic and cartographic resources available to legal entities and natural person.

Real Estate Management  Department

TASKS

  • Sales, granting perpetual usufruct, usage, lease, tenancy, swap and  letting municipality properties for legal entities and natural persons.
  • Issuing permits for entering the premises and temporary seizing immovables belonging to the Municipality.
  • Carrying out proceedings of division of the real estate.
  • Issuing a decision  within the scope of joining and exchanging  the land.

  • Conducting proceedings connected with the assessment of the environmental impact of the planned undertakings that may influence the natural environment in a significant way in a subject of issuing a decision about the environmental conditions of the approval of the undertaking.

  • Coordinating activities of the City Hall within the range of providing services for investors and entrepreneurs – first contact, help to find proper investment areas.
  • Preparing and presenting city investment offer and offer of local land owners available in Dąbrowa Górnicza Ground Bank.
  • Preparing data concerning the city and the region which have an influence on making a decision about starting an investment process.
  • Information about tax allowances and concessions connected with the new investment.
  • Comprehensive services concerning meetings with investors.
